Samaritan's Purse: Global Internship Program Video
The Samaritan’s Purse Global Internship Program is a highly competitive internship recruiting over 3,000 applicants a year. My main summer project was to capture the the interns' experience throughout the summer to create a recruitment video for the upcoming year.
As the assistant producer, I did the following:
Pre-interviewed and Interviewed candidates
Assisted in set designing and studio set up
Coordinated shoot logistics with talent and crew
Captured additional footage (broll)
Prepped and lead in-studio interviews
Edited the dialogue (A-roll edit) for the end product
Operation Christmas Child Spokesperson series
Each year, Operation Christmas Child recipients head to Samaritan's Purse headquarters to share their stories. For this project, I pitched and oversaw studio design and set up. I worked alongside a bilingual crew and talent to help capture their stories. We filmed direct to camera interviews via an interrotron setup which created a positive interpersonal environment. I edited the English dialogue edits on Avid Media Composer.
